VIP Sourcing Tour

As the supplement of Hosted Buyer Program, the VIP sourcing tour is set at one of GILF's 8 sub venues- Huayi Plaza, which is the most developed lighting mall in Guzhen, in an attempt to offer professional buyers wider spectrum of lighting products and brands thus upgrading buyers' sourcing experience.

Why we launch the tour?

In Guzhen, there are several larger-scale lighting marts spread across different parts of Guzhen with abundant lighting resources. The intention of GILF collaborated with 8 large lighting malls in town is to fully display “China Lighting Capital” to overseas buyers. However the 5 days exhibition is only too short. To assist buyers better fulfill their sourcing trips, we well select a mall and then screen some of the shops in it based on buyers’ sourcing needs, so as to save their time and energy.

What is VIP Sourcing Tour?

The “VIP sourcing tour”is the tailor-made purchasing tour targeted for overseas buyers opt for wider array of lighting designs and brands for decorative lighting. It is set at Huayi Plaza (one of GILF’s sub-venues) because it is the most mature lighting mall in town, gathers over 300+ lighting brands and offers the most comprehensive supporting services. Before the exhibition, GILF will screen and select eligible stores with international trade competence from Huayi Plaza. Overseas buyers who are eligible to attend will pay a visit to the shops via shuttle bus prepared by the organizer on Oct.23 14:00. It’s a tour to both solve the traffic problem and facilitate overseas buyers’ trip.

Huayi Plaza is located at the prime area in Guzhen town which is renowned as the 'China lighting capital'. It relies mainly on the large -scale lighting mart, and takes business office, five-star hotel, conference center, recreation center and global star-rated restaurant as the subsidiary business. Whereby the large - scale lighting mart occupies 300,000 sqm, and the other five businesses occupies 120,000 sqm.
