Hosted Buyer Program (HBP) is one of the highly anticipated events held by China (Guzhen) International Lighting Fair, which invites global lighting buyers to visit Guzhen Town - the lighting capital of China and look for high quality lighting suppliers in an efficient and comfortable way. HBP aims to provide overseas buyers with an exclusive lighting sourcing tour to save the travel cost and match with the satisfied lighting suppliers efficiently. 2025 GILF HBP covers the following main activities: Business Matching, Sourcing Tour and Networking Party. All of them will be held during the 33rd Guzhen Lighting Fair on 10/22-25. By setting these activities, we hope buyers have a general understanding of GILF, and connect with GILF exhibitors in a pleasant vibe.

1.Work for legally registered and operating company of lighting industry
2.Have decision-making authority of company’s procurement
3.Have clear intention of importing lighting product from GILF’s exhibitors
4.Have official company website and business name card
5.Up to 2 persons per company are eligible for this program
Obligations of Hosted Buyer
1.Pay 200USD deposit (refundable when the event finish).
2.Minimum meet with 5 exhibitors during the Business Matching.
3.Participate and sign up in all the events.
4.Fill out the questionnaire.
5.Accept an interview (in video or written format).
