Please read and follow the instructions carefully before arriving at the event:

1. To receive a free visitor badge, please finish the online ‘Real-Name Pre-Registration’ by 12:00 PM October 18th (UTC/GMT+08:00).

2. Please bring your passport or ID card together with your pre-registered visitor badge for ID verification onsite.

3. After entering the entrance lobby, please go to the Visitor Registration Counter with your Passport or ID Card for Real-Name Verification.

What is pre-registration? Why and how do I pre-register?

A: Pre-registration allows trade visitors to register for free admission badge in advance. With pre-registration, you can enter without waiting for long queue at registration counters. You can successfully pre-register through the website after submitting real information and receiving a "pre-registration confirmation" e-mail from the organizers.

What things do I need to prepare before I visit fair? As a pre-registrant, how can I enter the fair?

A: 1.Register online in advance to get your e-Badge. 2.Find your e-Badge from your email box and print it out. 3.Valid identity verification documents (passport/ID card...) are necessary for onsite identity verification. 4.Pre-registrant can recover paper badge at registration counter by showing your printed e-Badge and ID verification documents to the staff.

Visitors without a valid e-Badge need to leave name cards for the Buyers certificate.
