It has an independent factory building of 100,000 square meters and has a full range of production lines including die casting department, light source packaging department and finished product assembly department. The die-casting department has 15 sets of 500-ton force-strength die-casting machines. The light source packaging department has a million-level dust-free workshop, 100 automatic production lines, and the finished assembly department can produce 20,000 finished products every day. The company independently researches and develops the patented product "Hetai No.1" wide-angle light source with a luminous angle of 160 to 180 degrees. The brightness is high and the consistency is strong. There is no need to install secondary optical lenses to reduce the production cycle of downstream customers. The high and low cover is universal, reducing the customer's inventory and greatly reducing the production cost of the customer.
In terms of finished light source, we are a manufacturer of outdoor power lighting products with high-power full-private model patents, such as linear power supply scheme, single SMD patch, anti-lightning surge 10,000 volt, and ip66 secondary waterproofing process. The product power is from 10 watts. up to 800 watts of standard foot tiles are readily available.
